Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with PawFile! We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and keeping you informed every step of the way.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 5–11 business days from the date your order ships, in addition to the 1–3 day processing window. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6–14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly noted at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States. If your country isn't available at checkout, we may not ship there yet.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at assistyourorder@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, reach out to us at assistyourorder@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
